UMass Amherst Conference Services can accommodate conferences, workshops, seminars, meetings, and special programs, ranging from 10 to 10,000 participants. From display or trade show space to classroom or lecture-style seating, we can help you find the right mix.

Murray D. Lincoln Campus Center

The focus of conference activities.
This modern 11-story complex offers a multitude of services and facilities under one roof, including:

• The Campus Center Hotel
• 36 meeting rooms, flexible in design to meet a variety of needs
• Two spacious auditoriums, each accommodating up to 660 participants
• Public eateries and private function rooms

Convenient support services within the complex include:

• a full-service University store
• a business center
• a full-service travel agency
• a FedEx office

Mullins Center

The Mullins Center is a multipurpose, 10,500 seat facility with an Olympic-size ice rink. The arena can be configured for many different types of events, including an intimate theater setting for small events. Three event spaces in addition to the arena, in high demand for campus and community functions, add to the venue's versatility.

The Massachusetts Room
A 2,332 square foot conference room overlooking the arena floor with capacities up to 160 for Dinner, 225 for a reception and 200 in an audience setting.

The Concourse Conference Room
A 610 square foot function room on the concourse level with capacities up to 40 for Dinner, 50 for a reception and 40 in an audience setting.

The Green Room
A 1,045 square foot function room on the lower level with capacities up to 60 for Dinner, 75 for a reception and 65 in an audience setting.

Fine Arts Center

This unique modern landmark is designed for versatility. The air conditioned center may be used for any type of performance, services, or recital. Rooms range from many small studios to the 200 seat Bezanson Recital Hall and the 2,000 seat Concert Hall.

Bowker Auditorium

Located in Stockbridge Hall, the Bowker Auditorium offers an elegant setting with a seating capacity of 700.

Academic Meeting Space:

During January and the summer months additional space is available across campus in a variety of academic buildings including:

• Auditoriums
• Computer Labs
• Science Labs
• Classrooms

Sports and Recreation Facilities

The University of Massachusetts athletic facilities offer some of the most extensive athletic fields in New England, as well as the 20,000 person capacity Alumni Stadium and the Curry Hicks Gymnasium. We can arrange for events and tournaments, including:

• Basketball (9 courts)
• Softball & Baseball (2 fields)
• Volleyball
• Soccer/Field Hockey/Lacrosse (25 fields)
• Swimming & Diving (3 pools)
• Tennis (12 courts)
• Track (9 lanes)
  Includes: Steeplechase Water Jump, Long & Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault.
  Separate throwing area includes: 2 Shot put Circles, Javelin Lane, Hammer/Discus Circle.
